It is United Plating's policy to assure customer satisfaction by delivering on time, defect free, surface finishing and services, which conform to our customer's requirements.

At United Plating, our management and employees work together as a team to provide strict process controls, accurate processes and continuous improvement.

Each of our 9 production facilities are fully equipped with all appropriate test and measurement equipment, and staffed with trained quality assurance personnel.

Our QC Lab's goal is to provide quality testing by providing a safe work environment with dedicated people who have pride in their work. Our goal is to improve the quality of test results and data while working safely as a team.

Testing performed by our QC Lab includes: Abrasive Test, Analytical Chemistry, Coating Weight, High Humidity, Hydrogen Embrittlement, Painting Thickness, Plating Thickness, Salt Spray, Stress Relief and others as required.
Certificate of Compliance is provided upon request.
